Document Description
This collection reproduces the Claimants' Form 39 supporting submissions and related materials dated February 25, 2025, in Small Claims Court File No. 30698.
The submissions set out the Claimants' position on the involvement of Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) in the dispute concerning unpaid Home Sharing services and related funding and administrative arrangements. The accompanying records include correspondence from earlier stages of the dispute.
Procedural Context
The collection follows the February 5, 2025 order of Judge Raven concerning CLBC's involvement and the February 10, 2025 Amended Notice of Claim. The court order used the term Third Party, while the subsequent amended pleading identified CLBC as a Defendant. These terms reflect the wording of the respective documents at the time.
The materials reflect the Claimants' submissions, supporting correspondence, and opinions at that stage of the proceedings. They should not be read as judicial findings on the merits of the claim or on the conduct of named individuals.

This publication preserves the Claimants' submissions and related correspondence as part of the historical record of Court File No. 30698. Statements and opinions in correspondence reflect the sender's position when written and are not findings of the Court.
Some correspondence refers to employees of organizations involved in the service arrangements. Mentioning a person in an archived communication does not make that person a party to the lawsuit or establish any judicial conclusion about their conduct.
Related court orders, amended pleadings, replies, and subsequent trial materials are documented separately in this archive.
